The municipality of Tarrafal de Santiago hosted the socialization and dissemination workshop on the legal regime that regulates the Professional Card. The event was promoted by the Directorate General of Employment, in partnership with the National Qualifications System and was supported by the local municipality.
The meeting aimed to socialize the legal instrument and share information regarding the implementation process of the Professional Card in the country.
The event was attended by economic and tourism operators, businessmen, employers, and the City Hall team.
It should be noted that the Professional Card will be implemented from this year on, in professions related to the Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism area, namely Waiter and Bar, Tour Guide, Baker, Hotel Receptionist and Cook.
